This website is hosted by an external hosting provider in Germany: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes access data exclusively on my behalf and under a data processing agreement.

When you visit the website, technical access data is stored automatically in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the page visited before (referrer). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after a short period and are not merged with other data sources.

You can reach me via the email addresses given on this website. When you write to me, I process your name, your email address, and the content of your message.

I use this information solely to answer your inquiry and – if you are interested in counseling – to arrange the next steps with you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and performance of the counseling agreement); for other inquiries, processing is based on my legitimate interest in responding to your message (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Please share only as much as is needed for a first contact – especially when intimate or health-related topics are involved. Everything else is best discussed in the protected setting of a counseling session.

For online sessions, you receive a payment link from the payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) after personal confirmation. Payment takes place on a Stripe-hosted page; card and payment data are processed exclusively there and are not collected on this website.

Appointments arranged by email and the communication that follows are covered by the contact section above.

Invoices and payment records are retained in accordance with statutory retention periods.

My online counseling takes place on a secure video platform hosted in Europe. To establish the connection, the platform processes technical data such as IP address, device and connection information.

Video sessions are not recorded by me. What you share in a session remains confidential and is not stored through this website.

The legal basis for conducting online sessions is the performance of the counseling agreement (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

This website uses very few cookies. One cookie is technically necessary: “analytics-consent” stores your decision about reach measurement. It contains no personal data and expires after 180 days at the latest.

All other cookies are used exclusively for reach measurement and are set only after your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG).

You can change your decision or withdraw your consent at any time via “Analytics choices” in the footer of this website.

If you explicitly consent, I use Matomo (self-hosted on a server in Germany at Hetzner) to measure – with minimal data – how this website is used: pages viewed and clicks on contact or payment paths. This helps me keep the website clear and improve content purposefully.

Form contents, intimate topics, or other sensitive counseling details are not recorded. Without your consent, Matomo is not loaded and no analysis takes place.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Couples and sexual counseling touches topics that are especially protected: relationships, sexuality, and mental health (special categories of personal data, Art. 9 GDPR). I treat such content with strict confidentiality.

This website is deliberately not designed to collect sensitive details; the contact path is limited to a few fields. Where you entrust me with sensitive content in the context of counseling, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR) and for the purpose of counseling.

I store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose: inquiries are deleted once they have been answered and no counseling follows.

Statutory retention periods apply to invoices and accounting records. For the analytics consent, the cookie lifetime stated above applies.

You have the following rights with regard to me:

You may equally contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or of the place of the alleged infringement.

For security reasons and to protect confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” at the start of your browser’s address bar and the lock symbol shown there.

When communicating by email, complete protection of data in transit cannot be guaranteed. Please keep this in mind when sending sensitive content – details on especially protected topics are best discussed directly in the counseling session.
